Morten has experience from all stages of M&A transactions, with particular competencies within areas such as transaction preparation, financing, optimisation, growth and strategy analysis, and transaction strategy.

Morten was previously employed with companies such as Nordic M&A, Deloitte and Nordea, accumulating more than 30 years of experience advising and working with Danish companies.

Martin’s experience covers all aspects of M&A transactions. His core skills are within process and project management, preparation of sales and marketing material, and due diligence management.

Martin has previously been employed with SEB Corporate Finance and Polaris Private Equity, and he has run his own advisory business.
